Dimitris Tsagaris, President of FAO Economics, talks about the out-of-court resolution of tax cases.

It concerns those taxpayers who will withdraw their appeals to the courts and opt for the Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Committee for closure.

However, they will have until 30 December 2022 to submit the online application.

The measure applies to taxpayers with pending cases not heard by the Council of State and the ordinary administrative courts by 29 July 2022 and those whose initial application was rejected by the Commission on formal grounds.
